Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and best-selling novelist. Her talents have won her recognition across the world. Sagittarius, she was born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the most senior of three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, who is a psychologist. She's English as well as Scottish. Moore was often in and out of her family because of the job that her dad was employed in. This made it difficult to maintain or make new acquaintances. Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School in Germany as her parents moved to the United States. She began performing in theatre. The school she attended was Boston University where she graduated in 1983, with a B.F.A. in Theater. Following graduation, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. In 1985, she made her on-screen debut in an episode of The Edge of Night. In 1986 she was given the dual role of Sabrina Hughes, and Frannie Hughes on the show As the World Turns. It was this role that gave her the opportunity to break through and led to her successful career. In 1988 she was an actor on the series and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award. The film she made her debut in 1990 with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that was later described by her as a shambles low-budget production. Short Cuts, both produced by Robert Altman (1993), and 3 Women, also productions by Altman (1997) were among her movies. The actress received a number of nominations, and received praise for her first film. Moore was the first actress to get a major part in Safe, a 1995 film. Steven Spielberg chose Moore to play the lead in Jurassic Park: The Lost World. The film was among the most popular movies released during the time. In 1999, she won a SAG award for her work in Magnolia. She co-starred with Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors in The Hours, which was awarded nine times at the Academy Awards. Other films Moore was a part of includes The Forgotten (2004) Freedomland (2006) Shelter (2010) and Shelter (2010). In 2014, she was in Non-Stop. Moore has appeared in numerous productions and films. Recently, she was featured in the role of the main character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). She is an Hollywood actor and writer for children her career is well-established. Her debut book Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007, and was an instant bestseller in the New York Times. best-seller resulting in it being made into a series and a musical. In 2013, Moore wrote My Mother is a Stranger. Moore is an accomplished actor and writer. Moore's personal life is therefore in the domain of public record. Moore was married to John Robin back in 1984 after which they divorced in the year 1996. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore later married in 2003, has two children with her. Moore's entire life revolves around families, work and friends.
